Ball Gazing or Schools

I don’t understand those who consistently oppose school levies but also subscribe to empty club memberships and purchase colored gazing balls for their yard.  Have we gone too far or is there still a real chance at folks catching a bout of common sense? Our nation is the most polarized and paralyzed I’ve experienced. In a job market that is sure to go down as the most viciously competitive in our lives, I hope we can break out of our  thought quarantines long enough to remember that by not working together, we are not going to be as effective as those who do.
